Less than 2 weeks ago, I bought Bioshock for the PS3 and ever since I have been making my way through the underwater city gone insane, fighting splicers and Big Daddies & rescuing Little Sisters. When I first bought the game, I was unprepared for just how addictive it is. It's all too easy to lose track of time as I fight off splicers, gather and listen to audio diaries, collect gene tonics, and scrounge ammo for my weapons. This is made more intense by my inexplicable drive to get as many trophies as I can for various accomplishments in the game. I've fully upgraded several weapons, fully researched every enemy type in the game except for the Nitro Splicer(there are none in the level I'm currently in, I guess Andrew Ryan didn't want spliced up loonies lobbing explosives near the critical equipment that keeps Rapture supplied with light and heat) and achieved various other mlestones, and there's still quite a ways to go before the games over and a ton of trophies yet to gain. Plus, once I get most of the trophies and finish the game, I'll have to play the game again one more time on Survivor difficulty to get the last few trophies. And THEN, in two and a half weeks some DLC with additional trophies attached will become available, so I'll have to get THAT too.
